Julia Higgins Growing up in Newark, Julia began writing her own music at the age of 13. Now 20, her love for guitar and vocals grows with every song, with multiple BBC Introducing plays at her back. Andy McKay & Dicksy After both playing a variety of music in different several bands over years, Andy Mckay and Dicksy joined forces to form a duo in 2020 to play regional gigs. Their music rings out with Dicksy’s smooth bass lines to accompany Andy’s finger picking and bottleneck blues playing on a Dobro Resonator and other guitars. Songs include original compositions and their own versions of traditional finger picking blues, as well as cover versions of Seasick Steve, Ry Cooder and other artists.
